• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: Office Closed

Note: Orders received at 4:00 PM or after on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Policy

• Free Delivery: On orders of $250 or more within 10 miles of Addison, Texas.
• Delivery Fees: Calculated during checkout and based on your distance from Addison, TX.
• Custom Delivery Pricing: If the delivery location is beyond 40 miles of Addison, please contact us for pricing.

General Delivery Guidelines:

• Deliveries are available 7 days a week.
• All orders must be placed at least 5 business days prior to the requested delivery date.
• Rush Jobs: Orders requiring a turnaround of 5 days or less (including 24-hour requests) are subject to an Expedited Fee. Please email us at info@petiterosepc and we will try to accommodate your request.

Recommendation: Schedule deliveries for the day of your event, no more than 3 hours prior to the event's start time.

Product Availability

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Substitutions may be made to fulfill your order while maintaining the design and style of the selected option(s).

Returns & Cancellations

• All sales are final: No returns or exchanges unless otherwise noted (on specific items).

Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@petiterosepc.com no less than 12 hours prior to your delivery date/time.
• If you cancel prior to the 12 hour mark, we are able to hold your order for a reschedule date. A rescheduling fee of 10% of your total order will apply.
• If you cancel within 12 hours of your delivery time, your order will still be delivered at the scheduled time, and the order will be considered complete.
